They say "time is money," so how much is your free time worth? The average American says $240 an hour!!
That's a lot more than what the average person makes. At 40 hours a week, it would be $499,000 a year. The average salary in the U.S. is just over $59,000.
A third of people in the poll said less than $50 an hour, which is still a lot. Especially when you consider how much time you willingly waste in a day.

- Gen Z, $267
- Millennials think their time is worth the most, $329 an hour. That's over $680,000 a year.
By that standard, sleeping eight hours a night is costing them around $75,000 a month!
